We strive to ship orders within one business day, and orders received by 1pm CT will usually ship the same business day. Due to the nature of our small family business, we may not always be able to meet these goals. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please call us at 1-608-423-9119 to place your order.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship CobraHead tools to most international destinations. Freight charges will vary. Long tools may not be shippable due to length restrictions or may otherwise incur a significant freight charge. International customers wishing to purchase may contact us by email first so that we may calculate the freight charges. We will then contact you with the price including shipping.

Returns and Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our CobraHead products are satisfaction guaranteed. We want you to be completely happy with the order you place with us. If you are not completely satisfied we will either replace the product for you or we will refund you the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within the first year of purchase.
