Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you initiate the return, we will send you a shipping label. When we receive the returned item and inspect it for restock, we will issue a refund of the original purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee to offset the cost of shipping. 

Our Warranty

We offer a one year manufacturing defect warranty for the Original, Mini, and Long Handle CobraHeads, and for the CobraHead Broadfork.
