California-grown Organic Inchelium Softneck Garlic is a great variety for growers in warm climates, but grows well all over the United States. 

Here's what makes it great to grow:

• Mild flavor for salads, blending with mashed potatoes, and more
• Later season harvest
• Grows great in warm, southern climates
• Braids well for storage

How much should you order? 

• Approx. 6-8 bulbs per pound and 96-128 cloves per pound
• Plant cloves 6" apart.
• One pound plants 48-64 linear feet at 6” spacing.
