Shipping

We strive to ship orders within one business day, and orders received by 1pm CT will usually ship the same business day. Due to the nature of our small family business, we may not always be able to meet these goals. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please call us at 1-608-423-9119 to place your order.

Free Shipping

Many of our products include free ground shipping within the contiguous US! If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will select the most economical shipping option with our carrier of choice. Please note that economy shipping methods may not always provide up-to-date tracking and are more likely to be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Delays

We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, and we’re here to help however we can! Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, and sometimes unexpected things like weather or high-volume periods can slow things down. While we’re not able to offer refunds for these delays, we’re always happy to help you track your package and keep you updated along the way. 

International Shipping Policy

We can ship CobraHead tools to most international destinations.  Freight charges will vary.  Long tools may not be shippable due to length restrictions or may otherwise incur a significant freight charge. Our online checkout form will calculate accurate freight charges to many international destinations, but you may also contact us by email first so that we may calculate the freight charges. Be sure to include a complete destination address for the most accurate quote. We will then contact you with the price including shipping. 

Local Pick Up

Our office is located in downtown Cambridge, WI. We don't keep regular store hours, but chances are, we're nearby. If you'd like to arrange a local pickup, please feel free to get in touch with us so we can arrange a date and time.
